Lead Project Management - Agile Methodologies (3-6 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems (LIMS) to join our team in Bengaluru.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering successful business and technology outcomes for assigned programs and projects related to LIMS implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, execute, and monitor projects related to LIMS implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.

- Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Experience with Master Data Management within LIMS environments, including data migration, transformation, and validation.

- Advanced proficiency in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).

- Strong understanding of LIMS functionalities, including sample management, instrument integration, data analysis, and reporting.

- Conduct rigorous system testing and troubleshooting to optimize the performance of LIMS applications.

- Ensure compliance with software development standards and best practices.

- Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience working with Laboratory Information and Execution Systems (LIMS).

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of LIMS functionalities and data structures.

- Experience with Master Data Management within a LIMS environment.

- Working knowledge of Groovy scripting language.

Project Management :

- Experience in project management methodologies (e.g , Agile, Waterfall).

- Proficiency in project planning and tracking tools.

Other Skills :

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills :

- Intermediate proficiency in Configuration & Release Management.

- Advanced proficiency in Design & Build Enablement
