Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain the overall health and performance of the MS Dynamics 365 environment.

- Configure and customize system settings, workflows, and business processes to meet business requirements.

- Monitor system performance and identify potential bottlenecks or issues.

- Implement necessary security measures to protect sensitive data.

- Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts.

- Assign appropriate security roles and permissions to ensure data security and access control.

- Troubleshoot user access issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Diagnose and resolve system errors and performance issues.

- Provide technical support to end-users through various channels (email, phone, ticketing system).

- Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.

- Import, export, and clean data to maintain data integrity.

- Perform data migration and synchronization tasks.

- Back up and restore system data to ensure business continuity.

- Plan and execute system upgrades and patches.

- Test and deploy new features and functionalities.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest MS Dynamics 365 releases and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Proven experience as an MS Dynamics 365 Admin or similar role.

- Strong understanding of MS Dynamics 365 modules (CRM, Finance & Operations).

- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell).

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills :

- Certification in MS Dynamics 365.

- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of data migration and integration tools
