Arbelos Solutions - Project Manager - MS Dynamics (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.

- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.

- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including technical teams, business analysts, and end-users.

- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support.

- Foster collaboration and effective communication within the project team.

- Oversee the technical aspects of the project, including system configuration, data migration, and integration.

- Ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices.

- Work closely with technical teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.

- Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize disruption and maximize user adoption.

- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.

- Address user concerns and provide timely solutions.

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, business users, and technical teams.

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively.

- Manage expectations and resolve conflicts.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT projects, preferably with MS Dynamics.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to lead and motivate teams.

- Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

- Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 modules (CRM, Finance & Operations) is a plus.

- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred
