Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager of International Sales to lead our global sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for international markets to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape in target regions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in international markets to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor the international sales team, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure targets are met.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting client needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies and ensure product offerings meet market demands.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure all international sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements in each market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in international sales or business development, with a proven track record of meeting or - exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of international market dynamics and cultural differences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse cultures.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
