Operations Manager:
Role Description:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our production team and ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of services to our clients.
- This role requires a strong leader with proven experience in managing teams, optimizing processes, and exceeding client expectations.
- You will be responsible for driving performance, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Supervise the day-to-day operations and effectively manage a team of production analysts/team leads.
- Performance Management: Ensure the team consistently meets project deadlines and accuracy metrics as defined in client SLAs.
- Resource Optimization: Optimize staff utilization and manage attrition to meet daily deliverables and business objectives.
- Training & Development: Identify areas for improvement and develop training programs to enhance team and individual performance.
- Manage the onboarding and training process for new team members.
- Client Liaison: Support the team by addressing complex issues, resolving queries, and interfacing with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify and address any process deviations or inefficiencies.
- Product Enhancement: Contribute to product development by providing feedback on system enhancements and process improvements.
- Collaboration: Work effectively in coordination with other internal teams.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular performance analysis as needed to improve productivity and quality.

Relevant Experience & Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years' experience working as an Assistant Manager/Manager or equivalent in a business operations environment.
- Experience in a business process outsourcing or service delivery environment is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage teams, optimize processes, and exceed client expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent personal computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Skills & Competencies:

- Willingness to work in a 24/7 work environment (post-training).
- Willingness to be present in the office for training and initial go-live support, subject to company policy and prevailing health conditions.
