Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Gurugram.

- The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day activities within the organization, managing operational processes, ensuring efficiency, and implementing strategies to enhance performance.

Qualifications:

- Operations Management, Process Optimization, and Strategic Planning skills.

- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in the education or tech industry is a plus.

- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
