Cotiviti Hiring HCC Quality Analyst For Coimbatore & Hyderabad

Role: Quality Analyst

Job Location: Coimbatore & Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Coding Audits and Reviews
• Error Identification and Trend Analysis
• Quality Assurance and Feedback
• Reporting and Documentation
• Training and Process Improvement
• NLP Tool Feedback and Enhancement
• Compliance and Regulatory Adherence

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduate degree preferred. A clinical background is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Certification: CRC (Certified Risk Adjustment Coder) or CPC (Certified Professional Coder) certification is required.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HCC coding with a demonstrated accuracy rate of over 95%.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coaching, feedback, and reporting.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Proven ability to identify coding and documentation errors, with attention to both overcoding and undercoding trends.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Preferred Skills:

• Six Sigma Yellow Belt / Green Belt certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in coding audit software and familiarity with NLP (Natural Language Processing) tools is highly desirable.
• Experience in providing actionable feedback and mentoring coding staff to achieve high accuracy standards.
