FEV Tutor - Program Manager - Tutor Operations (4-5 yrs)

Desired Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Operations, or Economics).

- Preferred: Top-tier MBA or equivalent, particularly with a focus on operations or strategy.

Work Experience:

- 4-5 years of experience in program/project management, operational excellence, or process transformation.

- A proven track record of improving end-to-end service delivery in fast-paced environments.

- Hands-on experience mapping processes, optimizing workflows, and reducing operational bottlenecks.

- Advanced spreadsheet or business intelligence tool skills (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to build real-time dashboards, track metrics, and analyze trends are highly required.

- High-growth, tech-enabled service operations (e.g., logistics, BPO, gig economy, or marketplaces).

- Mature, large-scale operations management, with hands-on involvement in strategic execution and measurable outcomes.

- Exposure to contractor/freelancer ecosystems in a B2B or B2C services context is preferred.

- Experience collaborating with technical teams to integrate new technologies is preferred.

- Familiarity with designing or implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and user experiences is preferred.

- Familiarity with workflow and process improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks) is preferred.
