Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP QM solutions to enhance quality control and assurance processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage SAP S/4HANA's advanced capabilities to support organizational quality initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate should have in-depth expertise in SAP QM, a solid understanding of quality processes, and hands-on experience in an SAP S/4HANA environment.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP QM Implementation and Support:

- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP QM solutions, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.

- Configure and customize SAP QM modules to meet quality management and compliance requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP QM-related issues efficiently.

S/4HANA Integration and Optimization:

- Utilize SAP S/4HANA features to improve quality management processes.

- Assist in transitioning legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.

Quality Processes Management:

- Oversee the configuration and management of quality planning, inspection, notification, and control processes.

- Design and implement solutions for quality audits, non-conformance management, and corrective actions.

- Develop workflows for inspection planning, results recording, and quality reporting.

Integration with Other SAP Modules:

- Ensure seamless integration of QM with modules such as MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), and SD (Sales and Distribution).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain and production quality.

Data Management and Reporting:

- Develop real-time quality dashboards and analytics using SAP tools.

- Generate comprehensive reports to monitor quality performance and compliance.

Process Improvement:

- Identify gaps in current quality processes and recommend best practices.

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce costs.

Training and Documentation:

- Deliver user training sessions and workshops to enhance understanding of SAP QM functionalities.

- Prepare detailed documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user manuals.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

- Strong knowledge of SAP QM processes, including quality planning, inspections, notifications, and control.

- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA QM modules and functionalities.

- Familiarity with advanced QM tools and integration capabilities.

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SAP QM, with at least 1 year in SAP S/4HANA.

- Proven track record of successful SAP QM implementations and support projects.

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech), Master's in Computer Applications (MCA), or equivalent qualification.

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred:

- SAP QM certification is advantageous.

- Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or automotive industries is a plus.
