Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-focused SAP IT Admin Consultant to join our SAP S4/HANA Project team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about IT support and procurement administration, with a strong focus on documentation, testing, scheduling, and coordination.
You will be responsible for managing key administrative duties and supporting the smooth functioning of the SAP S4/HANA implementation project.
Key Responsibilities :
- Error Logging & Resolution : Document and monitor all system error logs and ensure resolution is achieved in a timely manner.
- Testing Documentation : Document all testing activities, results, and issues to ensure thorough and transparent reporting.
- Project Folder Management : Prepare and update the SAP S4/HANA project folder with relevant documentation and project artifacts.
- Scheduling & Logistics : Organize and schedule meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place for smooth execution.
- Meeting Minutes : Prepare, distribute, and maintain meeting minutes to ensure clear communication and action points are shared with the project team.
- Other Administrative Tasks : Perform additional tasks as assigned by the S4/HANA Team Lead to ensure the project's administrative needs are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Written Communication : Strong written communication skills to document technical processes, meeting minutes, and reports effectively.
- Organizational Skills : Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Collaboration : Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across IT, procurement, and project management.
- Technical Proficiency : Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to manage documents, reports, and scheduling tasks.
- Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail, particularly in documenting error logs, test results, and meeting minutes.
- Experience : Experience in IT administrative roles, ideally in SAP or related systems, is a plus.
Relevant Skills Set :
- SAP S4/HANA Knowledge (preferred) : Familiarity with SAP S4/HANA systems and basic administrative processes.
- Error Logging & Troubleshooting : Experience with monitoring, documenting, and resolving system errors effectively.
- Administrative Support (IT and Procurement) : Providing support in administrative tasks within the IT and procurement functions.
- Meeting Coordination & Scheduling : Proficient in scheduling and organizing meetings and ensuring logistics are in place.
- Documentation & Reporting : Excellent documentation skills to record meeting minutes, error logs, and testing results.
- MS Office Skills : Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for preparing reports, schedules, and other documents.
- Attention to Detail & Accuracy : Ability to manage data and documents with a focus on precision and detail.
- Strong Communication Skills : Clear and concise communication skills to effectively document and report on project tasks and meetings.
- Team Collaboration & Coordination : Strong teamwork and collaboration skills for seamless interaction with cross-functional teams
