T24 Developer - Temenos (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

T24 Application Development & Customization :

- Develop and customize T24 applications as per client requirements, ensuring alignment with business processes.

- Write, test, and deploy T24 banking modules and interfaces.

- Modify existing code, develop new applications, and provide ongoing maintenance and support to optimize system performance.

Integration & API Management :

- Integrate T24 with third-party applications, APIs, and external systems, ensuring smooth data flow and operational efficiency.

- Design and implement T24 interfaces, data exchange processes, and custom reports.

System Maintenance & Optimization :

- Monitor and troubleshoot T24 systems to ensure optimal performance, resolving any technical issues as they arise.

- Perform system upgrades, patch management, and system configurations to keep T24 running smoothly and securely.

Collaboration & Support :

- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and other teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Provide support and technical expertise to internal teams and clients for issue resolution and troubleshooting.

Documentation & Compliance :

- Create and maintain detailed documentation for all T24 development activities, system changes, and integrations.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to banking software development.

Performance Monitoring & Issue Resolution :

- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, conducting root cause analysis and implementing performance enhancements.

- Provide after-hours support when necessary, ensuring continuous system uptime.

Requirements :

Experience & Education :

- 5-7 years of experience in T24 application development, with hands-on expertise in the core banking platform.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- Strong experience in T24 development, including T24 R14/R18 (or later versions) and T24 modules such as Customer Information Systems (CIS), Teller, Payments, Loans, and more.

- Proficiency in the T24 development languages (i.e., jBASE, Temenos T24 ALM, and Temenos T24 R14).

- Hands-on experience in designing and integrating T24 with third-party systems (i.e., through SOAP, RESTful web services, or EAI tools).

- Solid understanding of databases (i.e., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and experience writing complex SQL queries.

- Experience in configuring and customizing T24's functional modules according to business requirements.

- Familiarity with Banking and Financial Services regulations and standards.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Knowledge of other banking applications or platforms (i.e., Finacle, Flexcube, etc.)

- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.

- Certifications related to T24 or core banking systems
