Installation: Installation and configuration of Apache Tomcat with the best practices.

SSL Setup: Liaise with internal Certificate Authority team and enable SSL certificates and ensure security settings are implemented.

Version Upgrades: Upgrade version of Apache Tomcat to address the obsolescence and remediate vulnerabilities in the existing setup.

Monitoring: Monitor middleware instances and take necessary action.

IIS Installation and SSL Setup: Installation of IIS along with SSL setup for.NET applications.

WinRM Configuration: Configuration of WinRM to enable remote deployment for IIS applications through CICD tools.

Application Code Deployment: Deployment of application code to production servers through both CICD and manual approaches in case of issues with CICD tools.

Placeholder Management: Creation and updating of placeholders in XLDeploy for Tomcat and IIS applications.

Production Deployments on EKS: Production deployments and configmap maintenance for applications running on EKS.

HTTPD and PHP Support: Support for HTTPD and PHP applications for any deployments or config file updates in all environments.

S3 Bucket Deployment: Deployment of application code to S3 buckets through XLDeploy.

Batch Jobs and Windows Services: Production deployments for batch jobs and Windows services.

Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting issues reported by application teams for 5xx errors and deployments through Jenkins (Non-prod).

Monitoring Alerts: Monitoring alerts through Zabbix for SSL monitoring, URL monitoring, process monitoring and checking disk space on external servers.

Basic support for Archival application: Liaise with users and cloud team for L1 support for archival applications
