Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple end-to-end implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivery excellence.
- Oversee project teams, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to consultants, analysts, and developers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagement, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Actively participate in pre-sales activities, including solution scoping, estimation, and proposal development.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and standards across project delivery, optimizing efficiency and quality.
- Lead problem-solving efforts, leveraging deep domain expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain modules.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements:
- 8-11 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain, with a track record of leading successful implementation projects.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring project teams, including consultants, analysts, and developers.
- Expertise in configuring and customizing D365 FO modules, with a focus on Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, and GST compliance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results, manage priorities, and navigate complex project environments.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Expert (required).
