Your Responsibilities:
- Manage sales activities in assigned regions or sectors, driving revenue growth and increasing market share
- Identify and target key infrastructure projects in hydroelectric, rail, road, and tunneling and Flooring, aligning with sector priorities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project managers, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Coordinate technical presentations and ensure product approvals, demonstrating your technical acumen and attention to detail
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, providing a solid foundation in the technical aspects of the industry
- MBA in Marketing/Sales is preferred, showcasing your expertise in sales and marketing principles
- 5+ years in regional sales or business development roles in the construction sector, highlighting your experience in driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams
