Presales Analyst - Cloud Solutions (7-20 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and craft tailored solutions.

- Design and present technical and business proposals to prospective clients.

- Analyze client RFPs/RFQs and identify key solution elements.

- Develop and maintain technical and commercial documentation, including proposals, SoWs, and presentations.

- Lead client demos, workshops, and Proof of Concept (PoC) activities.

- Support negotiations by providing expert insights into solution design and pricing.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility of proposed solutions.

- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify differentiation opportunities.

Technical Skills :

- Strong knowledge of cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and SaaS platforms.

- Familiarity with modern IT architectures, including microservices and APIs.

- Proficiency in creating technical architecture diagrams using tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or similar.

- Understanding of data integration, security frameworks, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications :
