Senior Project Manager - Oracle ERP (12-20 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle ERP EBS Senior Project Manager to lead and manage our Oracle ERP E-Business Suite (EBS) implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle EBS modules and prior experience managing projects in the Public Sector Undertakings (PSU) domain for Government of India Projects. The role is onsite in Delhi, requiring hands-on involvement in project delivery and close coordination with technical and functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle ERP EBS implementation, upgrade, and support initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope, cost, and quality.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and success criteria.

- Oversee the implementation and customization of Oracle EBS modules, including but not limited to Finance, HRMS, SCM, and Procurement.

- Ensure seamless integration between Oracle EBS and other systems, working with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and functional challenges.

- Monitor and manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation while providing regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

- Coordinate with data center teams to ensure robust infrastructure support, including server, network, and storage requirements for Oracle EBS.

- Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, issue logs, and escalation mechanisms.

- Ensure compliance with PSU processes, regulations, and standards while managing the expectations of PSU stakeholders.

- Act as a mentor to the team, providing guidance on Oracle EBS best practices and project management methodologies.

- Engage with vendors and third-party partners for system integrations, hardware/software procurements, and support agreements.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum 12+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 8+ years managing Oracle ERP EBS projects, specifically in the PSU sector.

- Domain Expertise : Comprehensive understanding of Oracle EBS modules, including Finance, HRMS, Procurement, and Supply Chain.

- Project Management : Proven track record of managing large-scale Oracle EBS projects in complex environments, using industry-standard methodologies like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.

- Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with data center technologies, including server configurations, networking, storage solutions, and backup/recovery systems.

- Stakeholder Management : Ability to interact effectively with PSU stakeholders, understanding their unique requirements and regulatory environments.

- Tools : Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, and reporting tools related to Oracle EBS.

Education :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications :

- Experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.4 or later versions (Mandatory).

- Certification in Oracle ERP or project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certification). - Preferred

- Prior experience in system audits and data migration projects within Oracle ERP EBS - Preferred.
