Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis and Design:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of HR processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Map out complex processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop efficient workflows.
- Create detailed process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and other documentation.
- Conduct process mining and value stream mapping
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Prepare Business Case with ROI
- Liaise with Process Owners and define RPA implementation roadmap
- Coordinate with Process Owners and Stakeholders for Reviews and Sign-offs
RPA Solution Design:
- Work closely with the technical team to design and develop RPA solutions
- Define automation scope, identify automation candidates, and develop automation blueprints.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions with existing systems.
- Develop detailed functional specifications for RPA developers.
Implementation and Deployment:
- Oversee the implementation and deployment of RPA solutions, including testing, configuration, and deployment.
- Monitor RPA bots' performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for RPA development and deployment.
Change Management:
- Lead change management initiatives to educate and train HR teams on RPA adoption and benefits.
- Address concerns and resistance to change, and ensure smooth transition to automated processes.
Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor RPA performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and trends.
- Contribute to the development of RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in functional analysis and requirements gathering.
- 5+ years of experience in HR processes and operations.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance management.
- Proficiency in RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong process mapping and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in executing projects with Lean Six-Sigma methodology will be an added advantage
- Experience with PeopleSoft and Service ticketing systems will be an added advantage
- Certification in RPA tools or related technologies.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
