Regional Sales Manager - Plumbing Product (8-15 yrs)

JOB PURPOSE

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and leadership background, with experience in managing teams and building relationships with key industry influencers. They should be results-driven, strategic, and skilled in developing channel strategies and managing sales metrics, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. We are seeking someone with strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Excellent communication, market insight, and the ability to generate a solid project pipeline are essential.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Achieve Sales & Collection Targets for the region as budgeted.

- Lead and motivate the Sales & BD team to achieve targets as assigned

- Maintain the ASP and DSO as per the Budget plan for the region - Establish & Maintain relationships with key influencers such as Architects, Designers, Engineers, Developers, MEP/PHE consultants, plumbing contractors, etc

- Establish and manage the optimal channel strategy, in accordance with corporate and regional sales goals, programs and policies.

- Educate the market and ensure stringent specifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's Degree in - Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in engineering, sales, marketing, business or related discipline required.

- 8+ Years - At least 8 years of sales experience in architectural project specifications and sales in building material industry sales with documented evidence of high performance

- 8+ Years - Must have strong fundamental management skills such as presentation skills, business acumen, leadership skills, negotiation skills, conceptual and analytical skills, financial aptitude, interpersonal effectiveness, and decisiveness.

- 8+ Years - Bachelors / Master's degree (or equivalent) in engineering, sales, marketing, business or related discipline required.

- 8+ Years - Organized, disciplined and a self-starter.
