Responsibilities: -

• Facilitate the development of process documentation.
• Train and train operations staff
• Conducting staff training
• Conducts employee training classes on the characteristics and operation of medium to high complexity and/or various product lines/technology, tools, or customer processes, including basic soft skills.
• Will be responsible for designing and updating entry-level training materials and courses based on customer and/or internal needs, organizing training content in a logical sequence for delivery.
• Work with subject matter experts to help validate that content is current and effective.
• Analyzes and prepares resources and training materials to teach classes.
• Collect training feedback from participants.
• Analyzes, produces, and distributes training reports, as required.
• Analyze training feedback from participants.
• Ensure new hires undertake mandatory trainings on security and safety practices.

Trainer Requirements:

• Certified Professional in T3.
• Looking for 4+years of overall experience
• 2+years of experience as Process/Product Trainer
• Outstanding knowledge of learning theories and training methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for teaching and public speaking.
• Strong teamwork abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of staff learning and assessment protocol.
• Friendly and approachable.
