Job Title: Manager - HR Business Partner

Job location: Manyata Tech Park / Karle, Bangalore (Nagwara, Outer ring road)

Work mode - Work from Office only (5days week)

Working window - 2pm to 11pm (UK shifts and flexibility required)

Team management role - 4 to 6 DRs

Key Essentials:

We are hiring for a seasoned HR Business partner, who has managed:

• Large headcounts of 2000+ employees (Chat or voice processes), with preference in BFSI domain
• Hands on in addressing grievance, stakeholder management, driving Townhalls / R&R sessions
• Supporting in performance reviews and leading Retention programs with Attrition management.
• MBA in HR with hands on experience in BPO / ITES industry and have managed 3-4 direct reports
