Leadership Role in US Healthcare - RCM

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement revenue cycle management strategies that optimize revenue and cash flow for healthcare providers
• Build and manage a team of revenue cycle specialists, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Monitor and analyze revenue cycle metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to drive performance
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments, such as billing, coding, and compliance, to ensure that revenue cycle management processes are effective and compliant with regulatory requirements
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations related to revenue cycle management
• Prepare and present reports on revenue cycle performance to senior management and clients
• Develop and manage budgets for revenue cycle management services
• Participate in the development and implementation of strategic plans for the overall business

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field

Minimum of 15 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 10 years in a leadership role

Strong understanding of revenue cycle management processes, including billing, coding, and collections

Proven track record of managing teams and achieving results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members with a strong focus on customer service and quality improvement.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and develop solutions

Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid

Experience with revenue cycle management software, relevant technologies and RCM automatioRole & responsibilities
