Vice President (US Healthcare end-to-end RCM process, Provider End)

Job Description:

1. Serve as the primary account manager responsible for onboarding new clients, ensuring seamless integration until the complete handover to operations is achieved.

2. Engage with clients from the initiation of the transition process, providing comprehensive support and communication.

3. Possess expertise in preparing and presenting detailed weekly client reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.

4. Create and distribute weekly process decks to keep clients informed of progress and developments.

5. Conduct bi-weekly stakeholder meetings to discuss improvements, address issues, and identify support needs, maintaining strong relationships with all clients, including those based in the USA.

6. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to effectively interact and negotiate with US-based clients, including high-level executives and stakeholders. The candidate should be culturally aware and adept at building rapport with diverse client backgrounds.

7. Manage a team of 250+ associates, including at least 10 Managers and Assistant Managers.

8. Execute planning of deliverables & Responsible for performing end-to-end RCM process starting from Patient Scheduling, Charge capturing, Demo entry, Charge Entry, Claim submission, EDI Rejection, Payment Posting, Denial Management, AR Management, Patient Calling, Credentialing, etc.

9. Collaborate closely with the team, monitoring production and quality to ensure compliance with CSL and ESL standards.

10. Utilize root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues effectively.

11. Demonstrate proficiency in report generation and data analysis.

12. Interact with our US office to manage processes, plan improvements, and consistently exceed client SLAs while adhering to organizational standards.
