Role & responsibilities :

Project Manager 

Location: India - HYD

Available till: 3:00 Am 

Handle multiple projects: This role is divided into two main areas. 75% of the time will be dedicated to managing Project 1 and remaining 25% will be for Project 2 will be spent on supporting other operational projects, including quarterly business transitions, new program setups, keyword management, tracking feature requests, and gathering data for reviews.

1.  Project Management Responsibilities

• Weekly task list confirmation with FTE manager
• Create a historical data pack for Commit
• Download Asana data into Google sheets on a quarterly basis for history tracking
• Clean up data
• Create summary tables based on Asana data
• Create and manage Asana projects, tabs, and dashboards for:
• Tracking how well Commit is being delivered
• Managing issues across 15+ program projects and cross-functional tabs
• Managing the quarterly Commit page and all related tabs
• Create and update the deck for the quarterly timeline
• Schedule review meetings (including date, link, and attendees) for 15+ teams/programs
• Schedule meetings, preparation meetings, and end-of-Commit meetings
• Send email reminders to leadership about Commit timelines
• Set up and review rule bundles within Asana
• Create and update a standard presentation for Commit meetings
• Create and draft standard communications and reminders for the Commit process, including:
• Commit Delivery updates
• Information on Support for cross functional teams
• Updates on impact cuts reviews
• Notifications when Commit starts
• Information on offline reviews for teams (before review meetings)
• Reminders about one-pager/business requirement document due dates
• Updates on cross-functional flags
• Notifications about end-of-Commit meetings

Task/Project Management:

• Send regular reminders to Leads about upcoming business management and communication needs
• Ensure leads respond with updates confirming they have completed tasks
• Track the completion of necessary tasks

1.  Project Management Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quarterly project timelines to ensure key delivery dates are met
• Track project progress with key stakeholders, following up on overdue milestones
• Identify, flag, and escalate risks associated with timeline adherence
• Monitor task completion for individuals responsible for creating new programs
• Communicate with and follow up with individuals who are behind schedule to ensure timely completion
• Review incoming requests and determine their suitability for addition
• Share final recommendations with the Program Manager for review and approval

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management or Project Coordinator experience Strong communication skills
• Good hands-on Digital Marketing & understanding of the wider objectives of the program
• Strong leadership and management skills.  
• Proficient in creating and delivering presentations using Google Slides, Online sheets, Online Docs (Google Drive) 
• Good Knowledge of Asana
• Commit Delivery Metrics
• Commit Triage across 15+ Program projects and xfnl tabs
• Quarterly Commit page & all related tabs

Eligibility Criteria:

• Currently working with similar role and profile 
• Graduate (BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA) or above as may be applicable in the Geo

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a sales operation's environment
• Familiarity with sales processes and terminology
• Good understanding of Asana Tool
