Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Source, screen, and qualify top technical talent for various roles.
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidates' fit for specific roles.
Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their technical hiring needs and business goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Coordination:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams to define role requirements.
- Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
Requirements:
- Min 7 years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets.
- Experience in account management or client-facing roles.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical abilities for tracking and optimizing the recruitment process effectively.
