Job Overview:

CGB Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Bhopal.

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, sourcing top talent, and building strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.

This role requires expertise in advanced recruitment strategies, talent acquisition best practices, and the ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing:

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, social media platforms, and other industry-specific recruitment channels.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Actively engage with passive candidates through direct outreach and headhunting.

Candidate Assessment & Screening :

- Review and screen resumes to assess candidates' experience, skills, and qualifications.

- Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews to evaluate candidates for technical, cultural, and organizational fit.

- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews, panel discussions, and final HR interviews.

Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Collaboration

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, job descriptions, and ideal candidate profiles.

- Act as a recruitment consultant by providing advice on job market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring timelines.

- Provide timely updates and feedback to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate availability.

Recruitment Process Management:

- Ensure smooth and efficient execution of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Provide candidates with timely updates on their application status and offer acceptance.

- Conduct reference checks and ensure all pre-joining formalities are completed before the onboarding process.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, candidate drop-off rates, and offer acceptance rates.

- Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize the recruitment process.

Process Improvement & Employer Branding:

- Continuously review and improve recruitment processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Support initiatives to strengthen the employer brand and position CGB Solution Pvt. Ltd. as an employer of choice in the industry.

- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to make hiring more efficient and effective.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR Professional.

- Industry Knowledge: Hands-on experience in recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across various industries.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.

- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges
