Additionally, they will stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative talent sourcing strategies.
- Lead a team of recruiters and talent sourcers, providing direction and support.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and team dynamics.
- Conduct market research to identify potential talent pools and trends.
- Utilize data analytics to measure sourcing effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage and optimize the talent acquisition lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and recruitment agencies.
- Leverage social media and other platforms for employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure diversity and inclusion strategies are integrated into the sourcing process.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to talent acquisition.
- Train and mentor team members on sourcing techniques and industry best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition function.
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the organization and its opportunities.
- Stay abreast of market trends, talent competition, and industry developments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and hiring regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing.
- Proven experience in managing a team of recruiters or sourcers.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, techniques, and platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with data analytics tools and metrics.
- Ability to navigate ATS and CRM systems effectively.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with labor market trends and legal compliance.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term goals.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
