Overview:

- The Talent Development - Learning & Development (L&D) role is a pivotal position within our organization dedicated to enhancing employee capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous development.


- This role aims to create and implement training initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives, ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.


- The Talent Development specialist will collaborate closely with various departments to assess training needs, design curricula, and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.


- By driving engagement and improving performance through targeted learning strategies, this position significantly contributes to employee satisfaction, retention, and overall organizational success.


- Furthermore, the successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting leadership development initiatives and facilitating career progression pathways for employees, thus playing a key role in nurturing talent and promoting an environment of growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skills gaps across the organization.

- Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs.

- Develop engaging training materials and resources aligned with organizational goals.

- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions effectively.

- Collaborate with department leaders to customize training solutions.

- Leverage technology and e-learning platforms to enhance learning experiences.

- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback and performance metrics.

- Create talent development programs that support career growth and succession planning.

- Implement leadership development initiatives for emerging leaders.

- Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and industry experts.

- Manage and track training budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in L&D.

- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.

- Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

- Prepare and present reports to senior management on training program outcomes and employee development progress.

Required Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in learning and development or talent management.

- Experience in instructional design and curriculum development.

- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.

- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change through learning initiatives.

- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.

- Professional certifications (e.g., CPLP, ATD) preferred.

- Knowledge of performance management systems.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.

- Proven project management experience, with strong organizational skills.

- Passionate about employee development and talent cultivation.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for training sessions or workshops.
