Senior Product Analyst - SQL/Python/R (4-7 yrs)

Hiring : Senior Product Analyst.

Location : Gurugram Hybrid.

Experience : 4 to 7 Years.

Industry Preference : Candidates from Transport, Logistics, or E-commerce companies.

Job Responsibilities :

- Analyze product performance, user behavior, and key metrics to drive business decisions.

- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business teams to improve product features.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis.

- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and identify trends.

- Provide data-driven insights to optimize product strategy and customer experience.

- Perform A/B testing and experiment analysis to validate feature impact.

- Collaborate with data teams to enhance data collection, processing, and visualization.

Required Skills :

- 4 to 7 years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis.

- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.

- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)

- Experience in A/B testing, funnel analysis, and user segmentation.

- Understanding of transport, logistics, or e-commerce industry metrics.

- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and influence product decisions.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools.

- Exposure to AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling.

- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics analytics.
