Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our IT department and help us maintain excellence in software quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Test Planning & Design : Design and develop detailed test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications. Collaborate with teams to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.

- Automation Testing : Perform automation testing using Cypress.

- Design, implement, and maintain automated testing scripts and frameworks to increase efficiency and coverage.

- Load and Non-Functional Testing: Conduct load testing (JMeter preferred) and other non-functional testing methods to ensure application scalability.

- Manual Testing : Execute manual testing for various applications, including functional, system, and regression testing.

- Collaboration & Defect Resolution : Collaborate closely with development and product teams to identify, document, and resolve software defects.

- Report detailed findings to relevant stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and actively contribute to improving testing processes and procedures.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in QA testing, with expertise in both manual and automated testing.

- Strong experience with the Microsoft technology stack, specifically Azure, .NET, and C#.

- Familiarity with Microsoft version control systems and ADO.

- Experience with Cypress for automation testing and JMeter for load testing.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- A commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of additional programming languages and testing tools.

- Certifications in Quality Assurance, Azure, or related Microsoft technologies.
