Titan - Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition (4-7 yrs)

- Work with a team of seasoned talent scouts to identify and onboard "A" players for our expanding team across our multiple offices and functions.

- Partner with business leaders/hiring managers to understand the business and hiring needs.

- Influence candidates & business stakeholders through your understanding of the organization.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.

- Manage the selection process to ensure the best candidate experience.

- Create compelling offer proposals and manage post-offer candidate engagement to ensure seamless onboarding.

- Contribute to the various Talent Acquisition initiatives & programs.

- Build & maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research.
