Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage floor operations, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  
• Oversee counter sales, jewelry display management, and inventory control.
  
• Lead a team of retail staff members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  
• Monitor store performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and shrinkage levels.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in retail operations or related field (jewelry industry preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of floor management principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective team handling and customer interaction.
  
• Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions (sales analytics) .
  
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
