Position : Team Lead, Staffing Team.

Position Overview:
- The Team Lead of the Staffing Team will be responsible for overseeing and managing the recruitment processes and day-to-day operations of the staffing function.
- This role involves providing leadership, direction, and support to the staffing team to ensure the effective recruitment of top talent for the organization.
- The Team Lead will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR leadership, and other key stakeholders to fulfil the company's workforce needs, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance and support on staffing strategies, candidate sourcing, and interview processes.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team's skills in recruitment techniques, candidate evaluation, and client management.
- Set performance expectations, monitor team progress, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a positive team culture based on collaboration, continuous improvement, and achievement of team goals.
Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate offer and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Identify, attract, and source qualified candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and staffing agencies.
- Ensure timely and efficient fulfilment of open roles, balancing quality of hire with speed of delivery.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with internal departments and business leaders to understand workforce planning and talent needs.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR leadership regarding recruitment progress, challenges, and pipeline status.
Maintain strong relationships with external staffing agencies, universities, and other talent sources to expand the candidate pool.
Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Evaluate and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hire.
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies related to recruitment, diversity and inclusion, and candidate data privacy.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to measure team performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding.
- Ensure a positive, professional, and transparent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, effectively communicating its culture, values, and vision to potential candidates.
- Implement strategies to increase employee referrals and build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master's or HR certification preferred).
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or staffing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Experience in managing a high-volume hiring environment is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment software.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize recruitment performance.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
