Job Description:
- As we expand our market and geographical presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to lead our sales efforts.
- This is a Key Leadership position, and the incumbent is expected to work closely with the CEO to drive growth.
- The Sales Leader will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales\ initiatives, and fostering strong client relationships.
- This leadership position requires a candidate with a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the IT /IT Staffing industry, and the ability to inspire and lead a high performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the Company goals.
- Collaborate with the Executive leadership to set Sales targets and objectives.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Drive new client acquisition through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Implement customer retention programs to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages continuous improvement.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members.
Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and sales achievements.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes to optimize sales operations.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on sales activities, challenges, and opportunities.
Experience & Qualification:
- Proven experience in a Sales Leadership role with a large IT Services / Staffing Services provider.
- Should have led multi geography sales teams, servicing Fortune 500 companies.
- Strong understanding of the services IT Services/Staffing landscape, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Stable career.
- Excellent Networks.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- MBA from a leading institution.
