Key Responsibilities:
Talent Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-quality tech talent.
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define hiring priorities.
- Use data-driven insights to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) for a seamless hiring process.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
- Build a strong employer brand by driving marketing initiatives, career events, and social media engagement.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to enhance hiring capabilities.
- Work closely with HR, business leaders, and technical teams to align recruitment efforts with company goals.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):
- Promote diverse hiring initiatives and implement inclusive recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Proven expertise in recruiting for technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, product managers).
- Strong knowledge of ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a dynamic, fast-growing company.
- Strong data analysis skills to track hiring metrics and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in scaling hiring operations in a high-growth startup.
- Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Talent Solutions).
