- Design and execute initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Address employee concerns proactively, ensuring a positive work environment.
Performance Management & Learning:
- Lead performance review cycles and ensure continuous feedback mechanisms.
- Identify skill gaps and drive learning and development programs.
- Implement career progression frameworks and succession planning.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Ensure competitive compensation structures aligned with market benchmarks.
- Oversee benefits administration and drive total rewards programs.
- Manage HR budgets effectively while optimizing employee benefits.
Compliance & HR Operations:
- Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and industry best practices.
- Oversee HR systems, reporting, and analytics for data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain strong HR governance, including documentation and audits.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 11+ years in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Education: Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
