Lead Full Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js (6-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a Full Stack Lead Developer who is proficient in Node.js, NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and React to lead our development team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable software solutions, leading a small team of engineers, and making architectural decisions to drive our product forward.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of scalable web applications using Node.js, NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and React.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.

- Architect, develop, and optimize database schemas and queries using Prisma ORM and PostgreSQL.

- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration with backend services.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with best practices.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering excellence.

- Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and security.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

- Work closely with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality user experiences.

- Take ownership of end-to-end development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.

- Strong expertise in backend technologies: Node.js, NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL.

- Proficient in frontend development: React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS (preferred).

- Experience in building scalable and secure RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing.

- Ability to lead a team, mentor engineers, and drive technical decision-making.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a startup mindset with a passion for innovation.

Education :

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
