About The Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js, React.js, and a proven track record of team leadership and system design.

As a key member of our development team, you will lead projects, mentor team members, and work on designing and building scalable, high-performing systems using the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership :

- Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.

- Oversee code reviews, development processes, and team productivity.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

System Design :

- Architect and design scalable, secure, and efficient systems.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Document and present system designs to stakeholders and team members.

Development :

- Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack applications using Node.js, NestJS, React.js, and TypeScript.

- Work with databases like PostgreSQL and caching systems like Redis.

- Ensure high code quality, scalability, and performance of applications.

- Integrate third-party APIs and develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

Problem-Solving & Challenges :

- Analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

- Take ownership of new challenges and deliver solutions in a dynamic environment.

Communication :

- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Skills And Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Strong proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and NestJS.

- Solid experience with TypeScript for both frontend and backend development.

- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Redis for data storage and caching.

- Deep understanding of system design principles and best practices.

Team Leadership :

- Demonstrated experience in leading development teams and managing projects.

- Ability to mentor team members and foster a productive work environment.

Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills :

- Excellent analytical skills to dissect complex problems and develop robust solutions.
