Data Modeler/Architect - Erwin (5-7 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

Data Model Design and Development :

- Design and develop logical and physical data models for the Customer and Loan Master Data API solution.

- Create schemas for loan, borrower, property, application, and other related data entities.

Data Integrity and Consistency :

- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all systems.

- Implement appropriate constraints, validation rules, and data quality checks within the data models.

Data Mapping and Integration :

- Create detailed data mappings between source systems such as DataTrac, BytePro, LoanServ, and Salesforce CRM and the master data repository.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of the data model into the API solution.

Documentation and Standards :

- Maintain comprehensive data model documentation, including data dictionaries, entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs), and data flow diagrams.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

Experience : 5+ years of experience as a Data Modeler or Data Architect.

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in data modeling principles, techniques, and methodologies (relational, dimensional, star schema, snowflake schema).

- Proficiency in data modeling tools such as Erwin Data Modeler, SAP PowerDesigner, or similar tools.

- Strong SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers.

- Experience working with database management systems (DBMS) such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e., MongoDB, Cassandra) is a plus.
