One of our reputated client who is associated with an Enterprise B2B SaaS Space-An Omnichannel customer management platform company which is specialized in sophisticated customer support automation platform and is one the preferred choice of leading brands including Nykaa, Meesho, Bigbasket, Unilever, Zepto, Ajio, Netmeds, Jio, Phillips,AdityaBirla, ACC Cements , Pepsi, Prestige and many others brands to build a world-class customer support ecosystem.

It's a cloud CRM that's more than just a helpdesk designed to meet the needs of any industry.

My Client is looking to fulfill the Position of HR - Director of People & Culture

Position : HR- Director of People & Culture

Team Lead Role : Yes

Location : Bangalore

Years of Experience : 7-11 Years

Preferred Employees : Female

Employee Criteria

1) 7 to 11 years of experience in Human Resources roles,

2) In which 2 to 3 years in leadership roles, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment. A master's degree in HR / MBA is preferred.

3) Strong understanding of all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.

Key Accountabilities

1) Strategic Initiatives:

- Collaborate with leaders across the organization to develop and execute annual resourcing and operational plans.


- This will involve detailed budgetary and performance analysis, design and implementation.

- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters, including workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.

2) Culture Building and Employee Experience:

- Foster a strong, inclusive company culture that reflects the company's mission, values, and growth ambitions.

- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, including employee recognition programs and feedback mechanisms.

3) Performance and People Analytics:

- You will lead the efforts on developing company performance management thesis, design of process and organization-wide implementation.


- You will also be responsible for implementing various analytics driven initiatives to track and monitor performance and other people metrics.

4) HR Policies and Compliance:

- Ensure all HR policies are up-to-date, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with best practices in the B2B sector.

- Manage compliance with employment laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.

5) Compensation and Benefits Management:

- Oversee the design and management of competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to attract and retain talent.

- Conduct regular benchmarking and assessment of compensation policies to ensure market competitiveness.
