One of my reputated client who is associated with an Enterprise B2B SaaS Space.

An Omnichannel customer management platform company which is specialized in sophisticated customer support automation platform and is one the preferred choice of leading brands including Nykaa, Meesho, Bigbasket, Unilever, Zepto, Ajio, Netmeds, Jio, Phillips,AdityaBirla, ACC Cements , Pepsi, Prestige and many others brands to build a world-class customer support ecosystem.

It's a cloud CRM that's more than just a helpdesk designed to meet the needs of any industry.

My Client is looking to fulfill the Position of Senior Customer Success

Position : Sr Customer Success

IC Role : Yes

Location : Gurgaon

Employee Criteria:

1) 5 to 7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related function.

2) Any one with Team lead can be extra advantage.

3) Experience managing enterprise customers in a SaaS or technology-driven organization.

4) Demonstrated success in scaling customer success organizations and driving measurable improvements in retention and satisfaction.

5) Candidate from Good and High Pedigrees like XLRI / IIM's/ Amity/ Symbiosis/ NIT/ ISB/ IIT can be added advantage

Key Accountabilities:

1) Customer On boarding & Implementation

2) Relationship Management

3) Customer Retention and Renewal

4) Driving Customer Success Metrics

5) Strategic Account Management

6) Cross-Functional Collaboration

7) Issue Resolution and Support Escalation
