My Client is looking to fulfill the Position of Customer Success-Lead

Position : Customer Success-Lead

Designation : Vice President

Team Lead Role : Yes

Location : Bangalore

Years of Experience : 8-13 Years

Employee Criteria:

1) 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related function, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

2) Experience managing enterprise customers in a SaaS or technology-driven organization.

3) Demonstrated success in scaling customer success organizations and driving measurable improvements in retention and satisfaction.
