Position- MICE Sales

Designation : DGM / GM

Its a Leadership Role

Location Mumbai & Bangalore

Year of Experience : 7-10/11 years. 12-14 Years can also apply

Key Responsibilities:

1) Proactively identify and target B2B clients interested in MICE events.

2) Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and objectives.

3) Create persuasive MICE event proposals and collaborate with the operational team.

4) Negotiate and close contracts that align with client expectations and company policies.

Qualifications:

1) Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field.

2) Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the MICE industry.

3) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

4) Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

5) Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.

This role is vital in expanding the company's presence within the MICE industry by securing and managing B2Bclient relationships and driving MICE event bookings. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and profitability of the MICE business segment.
