Job Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the brand's vision, values, and business objectives.

7. Marketing Analytics: Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies, utilizing analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-based decisions.

9. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a dynamic marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
10. Partnership Development: Collaborate with strategic partners to expand brand reach and implement joint marketing campaigns.
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
1. Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, project management, retail) or equivalent experience.
2. Preferable previous experience in a start-up environment, retail or the pharmaceutical / wellness industry.
3. Solid understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment.
7. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
8. Customer orientation, attentive to customer needs, empathetic, and go above and beyond to ensure a positive shopping experience
9. Stay updated with marketing industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
10. Collaborates effectively with their team members, supervisors, and other departments.
11. Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation to optimize project performance within allocated budgets.
12. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, and provide guidance to achieve project goals.
