HR Manager
Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field a Master's degree or relevant HR certifications are preferred.
- 8+ years of HR experience, with a strong background in Indian employment regulations, payroll processes, and employee relations.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and emerging HR technologies to streamline operations and support a tech-oriented team.
- Prior experience as an HRBP for tech teams or in a startup environment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor law and HR best practices for Bengaluru-based tech employees.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, payroll regulations, and HR policies for our Bengaluru team.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee documentation for the Bengaluru office.
- Leverage HR technologies to maintain accurate employee records, manage onboarding and offboarding, and coordinate with external vendors for local HR support.
HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Bengaluru Team:
- Serve as an HRBP to the tech employees in Bengaluru, understanding their unique needs and aligning HR practices to support team effectiveness and engagement.
- Provide ongoing support on talent management, employee relations, and performance matters specific to the Bengaluru team.
- Act as a bridge between HR leadership and Bengaluru employees, ensuring alignment in HR policies and processes.
- Talent Management & Development:
- Work closely with the HR Director to support recruitment and retention efforts for tech talent in Bengaluru.
- Facilitate career development initiatives, including training programs, mentorship opportunities, and performance reviews.
- Drive employee engagement and inclusion initiatives tailored to the Bengaluru team's culture and work style.
- Employee Relations & Performance Management:
- Address employee relations issues, promoting a positive, fair, and inclusive work environment.
- Support the performance management process for the Bengaluru team, including goal-setting, regular feedback, and developmental feedback.
