Position : Senior HR Manager
Role : Human Resource
Reporting to : COO
Location : Delhi / NCR
Shift : Normal Day shift with some overlap with US time zone
Experience : 10-14 years
Education : Any Graduate
PG : MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
Industry : Information Technology
Desired Qualification and Experience
- Must be a MBA from reputed institute
- Must have a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in HR and Operations preferably with an IT organization.
- Have experience in setting up a global shared services model and supporting multiple locations.
- Experience in setting up processes and policies for multiple locations per local labor laws and industrial policy framework.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Develop strategic leadership & execution roadmap for shared services group.
- Develop people & success-oriented environments with focus on accountability.
- Presents new ideas & strategies to the Leadership team.
- Prepare and publish HR Dashboard periodically reporting key HR metrics
- Manage high quality & first-time-right as well as on-time deliverables for including Employee relations, compliances, Payroll, Hiring & Talent Management, Learning & Development, Processes & Policies, and HRIS.
- Handle a broad range of HR functions across India & US like preparing and managing HR records (MIS), Probation completion, visa letters, and other HR reference letters, etc.
- Planning & achieving continuous improvements in HR processes as per organization needs to be aligned to best practices.
- Design strong processes & policies around incentives, rewards, and recognition, etc.
- Works closely with leadership & employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
- Should be able to conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, team player
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Exceptional team-management and decision-making abilities
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to motivate employees
- Strong business and HR skills, including strong problem-solving, critical thinking and personal initiative skills.
