Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Generative AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLM), LangChain, and other state-of-the-art technologies to design, implement, and optimize cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on generative AI techniques and models.

Key Responsibilities :

Model Development and Implementation :

- Design, develop, and implement advanced generative AI models using state-of-the-art techniques, including LLM (Large Language Models), LangChain, and other advanced AI tools.

Solution Architecture and Optimization :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, research requirements, and deliver innovative AI solutions.

- Optimize AI models and architectures for maximum performance and scalability.

Prompt Engineering :

- Design, develop, and deploy LLM applications, utilizing frameworks like LangChain and vector databases to create powerful AI-driven solutions.

Codebase and Infrastructure Management :

- Develop and maintain clear documentation for generative AI models, processes, and results.

- Utilize cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for model training, deployment, and large-scale data processing.

Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration :

- Effectively communicate complex generative AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Skills & Experience :

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

- Experience with LangChain, vector databases, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Deep understanding of Generative AI and Agentic Frameworks, as well as hands-on experience with Chat-Bot development.

- Expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and MultiRAG.

- Working knowledge of Azure AI services for model training, deployment, and optimization.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Knowledge of Knowledge Graph DB or other cloud technologies.

- Experience in MLOps and model training.

Experience :

- Minimum 6+ years in software development, with at least 3 years focused on Generative AI techniques and models.

- Proven track record of developing and deploying generative AI models, including those based on LLM, RAG, and MultiRAG.

Desired Expertise :

- Proficiency in Python and SQL for building and maintaining AI solutions.

- Comprehensive understanding of LangChain concepts, including agents, chains, memory, and tools.

- Experience with cloud computing platforms for large-scale model deployment and training.

- Hands-on experience with AI model fine-tuning, optimization, and performance evaluation.
