SAP BRIM Consultant - SOM Module (8-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP BRIM SOM (Subscription Order Management) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth expertise in SAP BRIM and specifically in Subscription Order Management. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting solutions that enable seamless subscription-based business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Implementation :

- Analyze client business processes and requirements to design and implement SAP BRIM SOM solutions.

- Configure and deploy the SOM module to align with client requirements.

- Ensure smooth integration of SOM with other SAP BRIM components, such as Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and FI-CA.

Project Delivery :

- Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP BRIM SOM for subscription-based models.

- Conduct workshops and sessions with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.

- Develop functional specifications for customizations and work with technical teams to implement them.

Support & Maintenance :

- Provide post-implementation support, resolving any issues related to the SOM module.

- Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and recommend improvements.

Collaboration :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants and business users, to ensure seamless operations.

- Work closely with SAP support teams to address product-related issues.

Documentation & Training :

- Prepare detailed documentation of system configurations and business processes.

- Train end-users and stakeholders to enhance their understanding of the system.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP BRIM SOM, including order management, contract management, and billing integration.

- Knowledge of the SAP BRIM ecosystem, including Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and FI-CA.

- Familiarity with subscription-based business models and processes.

Functional Skills :

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into system configurations.

- Proficiency in configuring business rules for subscription lifecycle management.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and deliver results on time.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP BRIM Certification is a plus.

- Experience with S/4HANA in the context of BRIM.

- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
