UI/UX Designer - Human Computer Interaction (5-8 yrs)

A UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating user-centered designs that provide an excellent user experience. They work to ensure that digital interfaces are not only visually appealing but also intuitive, accessible, and functional.

Key Responsibilities :

User Research and Analysis :

- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability studies.

- Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

Design Conceptualization :

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications.

- Create user flows and journey maps to visualize the interaction process.

Interface Design :

- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UIs) that align with brand guidelines.

- Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for different devices and screen sizes.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into design solutions.

- Provide assets and detailed specifications to developers for implementation.

Usability Testing :

- Conduct A/B testing and usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of designs.

I- terate designs based on test results and user feedback.

Staying Updated :

- Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

- Advocate for best practices in UI/UX design and accessibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Design Tools :

- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.

- Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.

Technical Knowledge :

- Understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not mandatory but beneficial).

- Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and responsive design principles.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Attention to detail and a user-focused mindset.

- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, including user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.

- Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools.

- Solid understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and information architecture.

- Knowledge of front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is a plus.

Portfolio :

- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, including process work (wireframes, prototypes) and final designs.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
