Role : Salesforce Developer

Experience : Minimum 2 Years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Development

What You'll Need (Required) :

Education :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Professional Experience :

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a developer or consultant in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Salesforce (SFDC) or Customer 360.

Technical Expertise :

- Proficiency in analyzing 1st party data, unified profiles, golden records, and subscriptions.

Hands-on experience with the following areas :

- Data Extensions, Data Streams, DMO, Profiles, Data Transformation, Identity Resolution.

Segments and Activation Targets :

- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases and query authoring.

- Familiarity with data flows, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and API management.

Skills and Attributes :

- Knowledge of data modeling techniques and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

- Self-motivated, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams using JIRA and Confluence.

What You'll Need (Preferred) :

- Knowledge and experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Understanding of ETL processes.

- Awareness of governmental privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA and their impact on customer data management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and manage customer data, ensuring effective handling of unified profiles, subscriptions, and golden records.

- Develop and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud components, including data extensions and data transformations.

- Optimize data flows and integrations with GCP and API management tools.

- Write efficient SQL queries to handle relational database tasks and data modeling.

- Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions using tools like JIRA and Confluence.

- Maintain compliance with privacy regulations during the collection and use of customer data.
