Job Description :

we are seeking a skilled .NET Production Support Specialist with hands-on expertise in batch monitoring, scheduling tools, and the insurance domain. This is a hybrid role requiring local candidates only for on-site work 3 days a week.

Location : Hyderabad (local candidates only)

Shift Timing : 1 PM - 10 PM IST

Work Model : Hybrid (3 days WFO)

Key Responsibilities :

Batch Monitoring and Scheduling :

- Monitor and schedule batch jobs using tools such as Control-M, Autosys, or D-Series.

- Build and validate job flows, calendar requirements, and scheduling criteria.

- Manage schedule dependencies and interface with application support teams for batch job flows.

Incident Management :

- Analyze and resolve batch-related issues to meet SLA requirements.

- Provide 24/7 support for production batches.

- Utilize ITSM tools like ServiceNow or JIRA for incident and change management.

Process and Technical Expertise :

- Perform mass schedule changes and handle holiday schedules without errors.

- Conduct tests for scheduling systems and report generation.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer (KT) on Control-M and other scheduling tools.

System Troubleshooting :

- Analyze business requirements and troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems.

- Apply systematic problem-solving techniques with strong ownership and communication.

Technical Skills :

Primary Competencies : Production Support.

Primary Skills : Control-M, Autosys, D-Series, SQL, Linux, ServiceNow.

Secondary Skills :

- Markit EDM (optional).

Mandatory Skills :

- .NET Framework (5+ years of experience).

- Production Support (4+ years of experience).

- Batch Monitoring (2+ years of experience).

- Insurance Domain Expertise (6 months-2 years of experience).

Behavioral and Process Skills :
